The Logistics Team
The logistics team is responsible for the management of the project, from administering the budget to setting guidelines and collecting the students's artwork. They develop the exhibit promotion and marketing plan and send out donation requests. Other tasks include: reception budget request, online call for entries form, exhibit announcements and press kit development, coordination & placement of student entries, project labels, reception planning, preparation of student projects, floor plan design and installation layout.
